I’m Dor Lotan, an attorney with over 15 years of legal experience.
Over the years, I have worked on both sides of the legal spectrum - as a lawyer in a leading law firm and as an in-house counsel for international companies.
My career has taken me from a top-tier intellectual property law firm, to the legal department of EL AL Airlines, and to managing the legal functions of a U.S based company, remotely.
This unique combination of experiences has taught me how to truly understand a company - its leadership’s needs, knowing its people, its strategic direction, and operational goals.
I know how to manage legal and commercial affairs, represent a business, and deliver swift business-focused solutions. I also know when and how to connect matters to the right experts when necessary.
